Validity

Forward Health gift cards are valid for 3 years from the date of issue, in line with the ACL (Australian Consumer Law) minimum. The expiry date is shown on your gift card.

Redemption

• Gift cards are redeemable at either Forward Health clinic (Currimundi or Sandstone Point) for the specific service shown on the card.
• Quote the unique code to reception at your appointment, or when booking by phone.
• Gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash or exchanged for other services of lesser value.
• Where the service price has changed by the time of redemption, any gap will be waived — we honour the original gift at today's standard of care.
• A gift card is single-use. Once redeemed and marked as used in our system, it cannot be re-used.

Cancellation policy

Appointments booked using a gift card are subject to our standard 24-hour cancellation policy. A late-cancellation or no-show will consume the gift card.

Lost or stolen cards

Please treat your gift card code like cash. If you lose access to your code, email us at hello@fwdhealth.com.au and we'll do our best to look it up from the purchase details. Forward Health is not liable for codes used fraudulently by someone in possession of the code.

Refunds

Gift cards are non-refundable except where required under Australian Consumer Law. If you believe a gift card was purchased in error, please contact us within 24 hours of purchase.

Suitability

Our services are for the general public but some treatments have clinical contraindications. If the recipient has an existing condition, pregnancy, or recent surgery, please let our therapist know at the start of their appointment. We may need to adapt the session.

Privacy

Purchase and recipient details are stored securely and used only to issue, deliver, and validate the gift card. See our privacy policy for details.
