Remedial Massage Therapy

What is massage therapy?

Massage therapy is a form of manual therapy that involves manipulating the soft tissues in the body to promote relaxation, alleviate pain and discomfort, improve range of motion, improve circulation, reduce stress and address a wide range of physical and emotional conditions. At Forward Health, our Remedial Massage Therapists (RMTs) are very experienced and highly trained primary care providers who are focused on supporting your overall health and well-being.
